UWHC Deming Way Office Building

Westphal & Company, Inc was chosen to renovate this 86,000 square-foot, 3-story office building, into flexible office space, under a design build contract. The electrical scope of work includes power, lighting, fire alarm, telecommunications, access controls, cameras, and sound masking. Utilizing our Prefab department, we easily completed the 4-month phased schedule on time. Extensive value engineering to the lighting design allowed the project to be completed under budget.
