One09 Apartments Overview

Located along the shores of Lake Monona in downtown Madison, One09 Apartments is a modern high-rise residential development designed to maximize lakefront views and luxury living. The building includes 12 floors of apartment units, a penthouse level, three levels of underground parking, and a full amenity floor overlooking the lake and the State Capitol.

Westphal & Company completed the full electrical scope for the apartment tower and restaurant spaces, totaling $9.7 million in electrical work, while Globalcom Technologies led the low-voltage systems that connect the building’s communications, security, and AV infrastructure.
