Westphal & Company is working with the union to hire electricians at all experience levels across our three office locations. These roles support commercial, industrial, power, and energy projects throughout Wisconsin, Iowa, and the surrounding region. What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on active job sites
- Work as part of a skilled union workforce on complex construction projects
- Follow safety standards, codes, and best practices at all times
- Collaborate with field crews, superintendents, and project leadership
- Support training and growth through hands-on experience and skill development
