Kyle Sutter Announced as the Vice President of Operations

I am very pleased to announce that Kyle Sutter has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Operations. Kyle started his electrical apprenticeship with our Madison office on June 5, 2000. He has worked on many notable projects such as the UW-Madison Pharmacy building, multiple stints at Camp Randall, Epic Learning Center, Epic Campus 2, American Family Children’s Hospital, and traveling for multiple Data Center clients. Throughout this time, he kept his head down, learning as much as he could from those around him. When Kyle began leading projects he exhibited curiosity, drive, and a team mentality that impressed those working with him. In January 2020 Kyle was appointed the Director of Construction.

In that role, his focus became more strategic versus day-to-day issues. Some of the challenges he addressed have included growing our Prefabrication operations, choosing software to coordinate information between job sites and offices, selecting tools to make our BIM process more efficient, selecting best means and methods to install underground cable on solar projects, and much more.

Kyle is an expert in Rivet, our labor scheduling software, and has direct communication with the software developers to continuously improve the product. Other strategic initiatives include learning and implementing best practices from our peer group partners and participating in Electri International, NECA’s research segment. Through his coordination with local school districts, we have introduced more Youth Apprentices to the industry than ever before.

Kyle’s accomplishments exemplify our core values, Seek Greatness, Knowledge with Curiosity, Passion in All We Do, Integrity Always, and We are “Team & Company”. I look forward to seeing what idea he comes up with next.

Please be sure to congratulate Kyle on this well-deserved achievement.
