The project included replacement of over 1,000 metal halide light pole heads, ranging from 10 to 30 feet, with LED fixtures on the UW–Madison campus. The scope of work included verification of circuiting and installing controls for each light pole.

We completed a campus-wide energy improvement project for a multitude of buildings on the UW-Madison campus. Our scope of work included upgrading lighting controls, HVAC controls, fume hoods, and air handling units in lecture halls, dormitories and research facilities. Many existing light fixtures were replaced with new energy efficient lamps and ballasts.

This project provides new power and data outlets for added televisions, video monitors and video walls for the new Wi-Fi antenna locations throughout UW’s basketball and hockey arena. Our scope also included power connections to new mechanical cooling units and UPS units in the upgraded existing telecommunication rooms, as well as newly constructed telecommunication rooms. New normal and emergency power distribution equipment has been added throughout the facility to allow for the expanded capacity of the technology equipment being installed.

This project added new power and data outlets for the new IP TVs and Wi-Fi system in UW’s historic football stadium. We roughed in for video monitors and video walls throughout the facility. Additional scope included power connections to new mechanical cooling units and UPS units for both existing and new technology rooms. New normal and emergency power distribution equipment has been added throughout the facility to allow for the expanded capacity of the new technology equipment.

This was the second phase of the Wisconsin Union Redevelopment project on the University of Wisconsin – Madison campus. The project consisted of renovations to 120,000 square feet on the east half of the Memorial Union and surrounding Terrace on Lake Mendota, including a 26,500 square-foot addition of an underground loading dock and tunnel to the building. The new Alumni Park was also added during this phase. Our scope of work included upgrading the electrical service with new medium voltage switchgear and feeders, new light fixtures, refurbishing historical light fixtures, a new lighting control system and stage lighting, new site lighting, renovated kitchens, and upgraded fire alarm system, and lightning protection.

This new, 5 story parking garage, located in the heart of the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus, accommodates an increased demand for parking due to the recent construction of the Meat Science and Veterinary Medicine buildings. The structure has three entrances and two glass elevators located on the north and south corners of the building. Our scope of work included demolition of existing underground electrical, new medium voltage duct bank, lighting, power, fire alarm system, security cameras, access control, and an emergency generator set.

The work at UWP’s main science building consists of construction of a new 3,800 gross square-foot addition and renovation of 46,315 gross square-feet to support instructional laboratories, undergraduate research space, and a general assignment classroom. The fully renovated facility will support the program space needs of the Departments of Biology, Chemistry, Geography and Geology. Spaces include labs for general biology, molecular biology, anatomy and physiology, microbiology, and botany; lab support spaces will include a cadaver storage room. The third-floor greenhouse will be renovated and spaces for Chemistry class laboratories and support will be included. Space for Geography and Geology Programs will include labs for physical geography, geology, and geographic information systems (GIS). Shared spaces include a classroom and collaboration spaces.

Electrical and low voltage scope of work includes full removal and replacement of all electrical systems while a portion of the 1^st floor remains occupied during the school year. Systems include:

• Mass demolition and replacement of all existing floors (basement, 1^st-3^rd, and penthouse)
• 12,470 Volt electrical service replaced in the same foot print as the existing service
• All power distribution throughout the building
• Replace existing emergency generator with new outdoor diesel generator
• Replacement of lighting, specialty low voltage lighting controls for labs, specialty power for labs and HVAC
• Replacement of fire alarm, area of rescue assistance, access control system, telecommunications, clock system, distributed antenna system (DAS), extensive audio visual system for labs and collaborative spaces.
