Whitewater Cogeneration Facility

Westphal performed all electrical work for this 245MW combined cycle, natural gas generating plant on a greenfield site.  Project consisted of two dual-fuel combustion turbine generators and a steam turbine generator.  Excess steam is routed through a pipeline to an adjacent University of Wisconsin System campus.  Project included medium voltage power, underground utilities, DCS system, instrumentation and control, lighting, paging, line voltage power,fire alarm, voice/data and associated systems, grounding, and cathodic protection.
