Visiting Nurses Assisted Living Center

This new 55,000sf facility consisted of 60 units of assisted living space, office space for in-home care workers and personal care assistants.   Project included a clinic, a six-room short stay unit, a diagnostic center, an eight-bed hospice center, an adult day care center, and a centralized kitchen. Westphal installed all normal and emergency power, lighting, landscape and parking lot lighting, fire alarm, nurse call, area of rescue, voice/data, and CATV systems.
