University Square Development 

Westphal & Co., Inc. provided design/assist construction services for this 1,050,000 square-foot mixed use facility completed on an 18 month construction schedule.  This building features 350 student housing apartments, UW Student Health Services, Registrar’s Office, Financial Aid Office, Bursar’s Office, 500 underground parking spaces, 140,000 square-feet of retail space.   The scope of work includes lighting, power, voice-data-video, fire alarm, and associated systems.
