University of Dubuque – Chlapaty Wellness Facility & Chalmers Field

The Wellness Center is an 87,000 square foot facility devoted to student athletics, including a 7,000sf student fitness center, a 200 meter, six-lane running track, four multi-use courts, relocated tennis courts, a juice bar, and home/away, officials, and faculty/staff locker rooms.   The work on Chalmers Field included a 4,000 person capacity stadium, press box, coaches booths, media booths, and university entertainment suite, addition of 1,000 seats on the opposite field side, new synthetic turf, new field and TV lighting, a Daktronics video scoreboard, and an eight-lane running track.  Electrical scope included lighting, power, voice/data cabling, and coaches field phone system.
